Co-Founded by Jodie & Mark Bergquist
Redefine Life Holistic Psychotherapy LLC was created from a shared dream between husband and wife team, Jodie and Mark Bergquist — a dream rooted not only in their passion to serve others, but in their deep Christian faith. Through life’s trials and transitions, they took a leap of faith, trusting God's direction to build a place of healing, restoration, and hope.
Our Mission
At Redefine Life, we are dedicated to walking alongside individuals facing some of life’s most painful and complex challenges. We offer support for:

Life transitions and personal growth (Life Coaching)
Mental health and emotional wellness
We approach each person with compassion, acceptance, and faith, acknowledging the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. We believe that true healing includes the spiritual dimension — and for many, that begins by reconnecting with their faith or discovering it anew.

Meet Jodie Bergquist, DPC, LPC-S, LCDC, LPC-MHSP
Jodie holds a Doctor of Professional Counseling with a specialization in Trauma, Grief, and Loss. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor (LPC-S) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in the State of Texas. She is also licensed in Tennessee as an LPC-MHSP, providing telehealth services to clients in that state. In addition, Jodie is a trained Life Coach.
Her educational background includes:
Doctor of Professional Counseling
Master of Arts in Counseling
Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry & Behavioral Science
Jodie brings not only clinical experience but also years of ministry leadership, having served as a Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Associate Pastor. She is an Ordained Elder and often integrates faith-based principles into counseling when requested by the client.
Before fully entering the field of counseling, Jodie worked in research, pathology, and forensics — giving her a broad and scientific understanding of human behavior, while always viewing people through a lens of grace and possibility.
Meet Mark Bergquist, BS, Veteran, Certified Coach
Mark is a U.S. Navy Veteran, proudly serving in Desert Storm, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is a Certified Leadership and Life Coach with nearly three decades of leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies, church ministry, and business management. Mark leads with integrity, faith, and a heart for service — combining strategic insight with a servant-leader mindset.
Mark currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Redefine Life Holistic Psychotherapy.
Throughout his career, Mark has led teams with excellence, integrity, and a servant's heart — always guided by his strong Christian faith. His background includes managing operations, mentoring emerging leaders, and fostering healthy team cultures in high-performing corporate environments, as well as in church and nonprofit settings.
Mark has also served in various church leadership roles, offering encouragement, accountability, and spiritual guidance. His diverse experience and steady leadership make him a vital part of the Redefine Life mission.
Together, Jodie and Mark use their gifts to serve others in both clinical and spiritual capacities.
Rooted in Faith, Guided by Purpose
Originally from a small town in East Tennessee, Jodie and Mark followed God’s calling to Texas and built a practice that integrates their faith and professional expertise. They’re proud parents of three children, and love spending time as a family, cooking, watching movies, and cheering for the Tennessee Volunteers.
