Coming from a family of first responders, police officers, nurses, and doctors, I’ve been surrounded by stories of resilience, trauma, and recovery for as long as I can remember. These experiences shaped my worldview and eventually led me to the work I do today.

As a registered nurse, I witnessed firsthand the vulnerability, strength, and emotional complexity people face during their most difficult moments. Whether it was supporting new mothers through the early days of parenthood or working with clients in high-stress, high-stakes environments, I developed a deep understanding of the emotional weight carried by caregivers and professionals in demanding careers.

Over time, I found myself drawn to the deeper emotional and psychological aspects of healing—those that extend beyond physical care. This calling led me to pursue a Master of Arts in Counseling. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the State of Texas, under the supervision of Dr. Jodie Bergquist, and a trained EMDR therapist.

In my work as a therapist, I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, and grief. I have a particular passion for helping both men and women address the toll that workplace pressures and caregiving responsibilities can take on mental health and the physical body. Together, we work to identify what balance and peace look like for you—and build practical, sustainable tools to get there.

I blend my years of experience in healthcare, my personal background, and my clinical training to offer not only a space to be heard, but to be deeply understood. My goal is to help you craft an action plan that is realistic, compassionate, and grounded in meaningful change.
