Jessica Hahn
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern

Jessica Hahn is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and the founder of Be Still + Know LLC, where she integrates trauma-informed strategies, academic support, and social-emotional learning to support children and families. With over seven years of experience as an elementary educator in Katy ISD, Jessica brings a deep understanding of the emotional and learning needs of students and caregivers navigating high-pressure environments.

She is passionate about holding space for individuals and families who carry emotional weight quietly—particularly high-capacity caregivers such as first responders, educators, and parents—who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or burnt out. Jessica also supports children and teens experiencing emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, or learning struggles, especially those who feel misunderstood or unsupported in traditional environments.

Jessica’s integrative, trauma-informed approach draws from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Solution-focused strategies

  • Nervous system regulation and somatic practices

  • Mindfulness and reflective practices

Her work uses a bottom-up approach, beginning with somatic regulation tools to calm the nervous system, then integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies to support lasting change. This approach helps clients feel safe enough to slow down, reflect, and heal at their own pace.

Jessica sees clients in person in Katy, TX under the supervision of Dr. Jodie Bergquist, DPC, LPC-S, LCDC.
