Clinical Intern Supervised by Dr. Jodie Bergquist

Jessica Hahn
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern

Jessica Hahn is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and the founder of Be Still + Know LLC. She specializes in trauma-informed therapy with adults and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, emotional overwhelm, and relationship distress. Her work is especially supportive for high-capacity individuals—such as caregivers, first responders, and professionals—who carry responsibility quietly while feeling disconnected, burnt out, or stuck beneath the surface.

Jessica offers a somatic, trauma-informed approach that integrates EMDR with evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, CPT, and ERP for OCD. Her work begins with nervous system regulation to establish safety and steadiness, then incorporates cognitive and relational tools to help clients process experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier patterns within themselves and their relationships.

Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and intentionally paced, creating space for clients to slow down, feel understood, and gently work through what feels difficult or unresolved. For clients who desire it, faith can be thoughtfully and respectfully integrated into the therapeutic process.

Jessica sees clients in person in Katy, TX under the supervision of Dr. Jodie Bergquist, DPC, LPC-S, LCDC.
