Jessica Hahn, M.A., LPC-A
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Jessica Hahn is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and founder of Be Still + Know LLC. She works with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, complex trauma, perfectionism, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and deeply rooted negative beliefs that continue to impact their daily lives. Many of her clients are accustomed to being the responsible one for everyone else yet struggle to extend the same care and compassion to themselves. They may feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, compulsions, avoidance, people-pleasing, or exhaustion despite doing all the “right” things to create change. Jessica also works with individuals navigating chronic illness and autoimmune conditions, helping them process the emotional, relational, and nervous system impacts that often accompany ongoing health challenges.
Jessica offers a somatic, trauma-informed approach that integrates EMDR with evidence-based therapies including ERP for OCD, CBT, DBT, CPT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions. She believes meaningful healing involves both understanding experiences cognitively and addressing how they are held within the nervous system. As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and breathwork facilitator, her work may incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga-informed interventions to strengthen interoception, support nervous system regulation, and help clients reconnect with their body’s internal cues.
Recognizing that anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, chronic illness, and chronic stress can present with overlapping symptoms, Jessica utilizes clinical assessment and evidence-based treatment planning to help clients better understand the underlying factors contributing to their struggles. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, recognizing that conditions such as OCD, generalized anxiety, and PTSD often require different therapeutic strategies to support lasting change.
Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and intentionally paced, creating space for clients to process experiences, build greater self-trust, develop effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful goals. For clients who desire it, faith can be thoughtfully integrated into the counseling process.
Jessica sees clients in person in Katy, Texas, and virtually throughout Texas under the supervision of Dr. Jodie Bergquist, DPC, LPC-S, LCDC.
