Connected Care

Flexible Therapy. Continuous Support.

Healing happens every day—and your care can too.

Flexible Therapy and Ongoing Support

Life doesn't always fit neatly between scheduled counseling appointments. Sometimes you need additional support as you work toward your treatment goals. Other times, a more flexible approach to therapy better fits your schedule, lifestyle, or communication preferences.

Connected Care is Redefine Life Holistic Psychotherapy's secure, therapist-guided counseling program designed to provide flexible therapeutic support while maintaining the highest standards of professional care. Communication takes place through Spruce, a HIPAA-compliant healthcare communication platform that clients can securely access through a free mobile app or web browser. Once enrolled, you'll have a convenient, secure way to communicate with your therapist according to your individualized treatment plan.

Because every client's needs are unique, Connected Care offers two pathways for receiving therapeutic support. Together, you and your therapist will determine the approach that best supports your goals, clinical needs, and overall treatment plan.

Two Ways to Receive Connected Care

Because every client's needs are different, Connected Care offers two pathways for receiving therapeutic support. Together, you and your therapist will determine the approach that best supports your treatment goals.

Connected Care Support

An optional monthly add-on for established counseling clients who want structured therapeutic support between scheduled appointments.

Connected Care Support may include:

  • Help applying insights and coping skills between sessions

  • Accountability related to treatment goals

  • Brief therapeutic guidance

  • Appropriate resource sharing

  • Encouragement and progress check-ins

  • Secure messaging during established response periods

Scheduled counseling sessions remain separate and continue to be billed at the regular session fee.

Connected Care Therapy

A primary asynchronous counseling pathway for selected clients who may benefit from receiving psychotherapy mainly through secure written communication.

Connected Care Therapy may be considered for clients who communicate effectively in writing, need greater scheduling flexibility, and can safely and appropriately participate in asynchronous treatment. Enrollment requires an assessment with a licensed therapist before services begin.

Your therapist may recommend scheduled video or in-person appointments when assessment, risk, treatment needs, or the standard of care requires synchronous contact. Connected Care Therapy is not appropriate for every client or every clinical concern.

Why Connected Care?

Whether you're receiving additional support between scheduled counseling appointments or participating in an individualized asynchronous treatment plan, Connected Care helps you stay connected to your goals while receiving professional guidance tailored to your unique needs.
