Gabriella Colon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Originally from Pennsylvania, Gabriella has called Texas home for the past 13 years and has lived in the Katy area for the last four.

Passionate about mental health and personal growth, Gabriella is especially drawn to working with individuals who have experienced trauma. She takes a client-centered, compassionate approach, with a deep commitment to helping others heal, build resilience, and rediscover their sense of self.

Gabriella is currently gaining hands-on experience at Redefine Life Holistic Psychotherapy, where she is developing a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and empathetic therapeutic support.

She provides counseling services in both English and Spanish and is under the supervision of Dr. Jodie Bergquist.
